The Private Eye

The Private Eye is an annual report detailing the financial history and accomplishments of Reveal News. It features several riveting stories surrounding issues of financial inequity, fake news scandals, and moments of political upheaval.
This project was comprised of many moving parts. An electric green folder housed the Printed Annual Report, a card component introducing the reader to board members of Reveal News, "Guide" to spotting Fake News, and a mobile website.
The Companion App was designed to enhance the user experience. The printed annual report features three stories that earned Reveal News several awards for efficient and ethical journalism, while the digital component features a wider database of stories with audiovisual elements such as documentaries and podcasts.
